Your Job Description: / Responsibility:

  1. Microbiologist

    1. Preparation and sterilization of media

    2. Inoculation of the sample.

    3. Sampling and microbial analysis (TVC, Coliform, Salmonella, Staph.aureus.) of raw material and finished product according to  In–house specification.

    4. Prepare a schedule for water analysis sample and allocate the location.

    5. Enumerate Environment Count.

    6. Raw Material Analysis: -TVC and Fungal Count

    7. Finished Product analysis.

    8.  Documentation for QAQC as per FDA norms.

    9.  A sampling of raw material by following GMP.

    10. Preparation and study of the control sample and to maintain a record.

Job profile, role and responsibility details:

  1. To lead quality leadership by leading the QA/QC team.
  2. To establish, implement, maintain and improve QA/ QC, GMP/GLP protocols including documentation.
  3. To train all QA/QC personnel and plant operators on QA/QC activities.
  4. To improve manufacturing process/product quality through regular monitoring, carrying out R & D experiments/trials as and when required.
  5. Implementing quality control procedures and establishing schedules for on-site activities and performing inspection functions.
  6. Performs Quality Audits as assigned.
  7. Ensure calibration for all Q.C lab related instruments and equipment and maintain records.
  8. Manage staff according to company standards (appraisals, discipline, training, development, etc).
  9. SOP Preparation.
  10. Preparation of specifications of RM/FP.
  11. Preparing, maintaining & monitoring of all relevant documentation of QA.
  12. Implementation of GMP norms & QMS also works as MR for ISO 9001:2015 certification.
