Doses: 2 Tabs twice a day after meal for 3 months.
Do’s: Chapati, green leafy vegetables, onion, fruits, moong dal, ghee & rice, coconut, vegetables with garlic. Eat only to satisfy hunger – 3 times a day. Drink water in between the meals.
Don’t: Milk products, excessive, sweet, non-veg, spicy food, fried food, avoid overeating & fermented food.
Daily Regime: Light exercises like walking, jogging etc.
