Doses: 2 Tabs twice a day after meal for 3 to 6 months,
Do’s: Chapatis, jawar roti, rajgira, green leafy vegetables, buttermilk, drink lime water or water with honey twice a day (Use warm water).
Don’t: Avoid eating salty and sweet food, bakery procucts, as well oily fried foods. Do not eat non-veg, rice, curds and other milk products.
Daily regime: Walking, jogging and other heavy exercise as per capacity. Do not sleep during the day.
